Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your event date to receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days of event will be responsible for 50% of the total service cost, as preparations and materials are already underway. - Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will require payment in full. - Rescheduling is allowed once (subject to availability) with at least 72 hours’ notice.
